Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) position located in Dallas, Oregon. The candidate will be responsible for providing outpatient rehabilitative services based on physician referrals and patient needs. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

- Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy license, degree in Physical Therapy, Oregon state licensure, 2 years of experience in a SNF setting, physical ability to perform job duties.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with elderly populations preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The role involves providing therapy services to residents, evaluating patient progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop treatment plans.
