Responsibilities Assemble screen mesh into frames with high attention to detail to ensure product integrity. Conduct thorough quality inspections throughout the production cycle to identify and resolve defects. Maintain a high-efficiency workflow to meet daily output targets and production schedules. Uphold a safe and organized workspace by adhering to 5S methodology and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and improve overall throughput. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing quality and consistency. Required Skills Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks while standing for extended periods. Capacity to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical work instructions and safety guidelines. Strong manual dexterity and the ability to operate standard hand tools safely. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or 5S workplace organization.
