We’re a friendly, growing team looking for a warm, dependable Executive Assistant to join us full-time. This role is straightforward, well-supported, and we’ll train you step-by-step on our systems and processes from day one.

No executive assistant experience is required. If you’re coming from customer service, hospitality, reception, office administration, scheduling, or a similar role, you may be a great fit—we can teach you the rest.

What you’ll do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling
• Answer and organize emails, phone calls, and other communications
• Help keep priorities, deadlines, and daily tasks organized
• Prepare basic documents, forms, and correspondence
• Coordinate with team members to keep projects and daily operations moving smoothly
• Help with scheduling, follow-ups, and keeping important details on track
• Maintain organized digital files and records
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Assist with special projects and other administrative needs as they come up

Schedule & pay

• Part-time, Monday through Friday
• No nights
• Schedule may grow or adjust as the team and workload grow
• Competitive pay based on overall work experience
