Dates: July 27-29, Aug 3-5, 12, 19, 26, Sept 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 Schedule: 7:30a-5:30p Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour Clinical Scope Surgical extractions, Denture steps, Comprehensive treatment planning Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment. Support Staff 4 DA, 1 RDH Requirements Active Arkansas dental license Active DEA with all schedules CSR if required by the state Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred Employment Type: Full Time
