Student Support Specialist

Providing learner-centric support, the full-time Student Support Specialist will assist students in achieving their academic goals while working remotely, managing inquiries through various channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve the overall student experience. Key responsibilities Assist students with inquiries via phone, chat, email, and help desk support tickets, ensuring a high level of customer service Identify and resolve recurring issues while collaborating with teams to improve operational processes Contribute to internal knowledge resources and support colleagues in delivering exceptional service Required qualifications Minimum 5+ years of customer support or contact center experience, with a preference for education or EdTech backgrounds Bachelor's degree or advanced degree strongly preferred Prior online education experience preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Empathy and passion for supporting students as customers
