About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Product Management to lead the transformation of its technology platform and product organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the product philosophy and strategy, defining a product operating philosophy that is easily understood and embraced by the entire company, and translating the company strategy into a multi-year product vision. This role is pivotal in replacing feature roadmaps with outcome roadmaps, building and scaling product teams, and institutionalizing a culture of continuous product discovery. The ideal candidate will have a clear and modern product philosophy, a proven track record in building or rebuilding product organizations, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. They should be adept at leading cross-functional teams, have executive presence, and be capable of bringing product strategy to life for various stakeholders. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with a focus on leading product organizations at a senior level. A background in property management, SaaS, or services-driven businesses with B2B and B2C surfaces is preferred. The role requires a leader who can demonstrate a history of making hard prioritization calls, killing unproductive work, and is comfortable with AI tooling in product workflows. The company is not just looking for a feature shuffler; it is seeking a leader who can drive genuine product transformation and is ready to take on the challenge with conviction. The role demands a candidate who can work closely with the executive team, the board, and the CTO, and who is willing to be a visible and active partner in the company's mission.
