Founded by a critical care RN and paramedic, Intravene provides mobile IV therapy in clients’ homes, hotels, and other approved locations. We’re looking for experienced critical care nurses who combine strong clinical skills with exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in growing their business. The opportunity Earn 40% of appointment revenue plus 100% of your tips. Set your availability around your existing commitments, within our scheduling requirements. Build lasting client relationships and grow a repeat client base. Work independently with support from our dispatch team and medical direction. Your responsibilities Assess clients and administer provider-directed IV therapies according to established protocols. Demonstrate excellent IV insertion skills, sound clinical judgment, and safe nursing practices. Recognize concerns, communicate with medical direction, and elevate care when appropriate. Create a welcoming, professional experience through clear communication and strong interpersonal skills. Complete accurate documentation and maintain client confidentiality. Communicate reliably with clients and dispatch, manage your availability, and travel to appointments within your service area. What we’re looking for An active RN license authorizing practice in your service area. Critical care nursing experience, including ER or ICU experience. Strong IV access and patient assessment skills. An entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and a desire to build your own business. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust with clients. Dependability, professionalism, and confidence working independently.
