At Jennifer Zellner Allstate, we believe that insurance is about more than just numbers on a page; it is about protecting the dreams and families of our neighbors right here in Southaven. We are looking for a warm, energetic person to join our office team as a Part-Time Telemarketer. This is a perfect role if you are looking to balance your schedule with a meaningful commitment, as you will be working specifically from 4 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Your primary goal will be to reach out to our community, spark interesting conversations, and set the stage for our agents to provide deeper protection for our clients. You will not be pushing products; you will be opening doors to helpful conversations. We pride ourselves on creating an inviting space where everyone feels supported and encouraged to succeed. If you enjoy talking to people, have a knack for building quick rapport over the phone, and want to be part of an office that genuinely cares about its staff and customers, we would love to bring you on board to help our local presence grow.
Responsibilities
Connect with local community members through outbound calls to discuss their insurance needs.
Listen closely to understand the unique coverage gaps for each person you talk to.
Schedule follow-up appointments for our licensed agents to review specific policy details.
Maintain accurate notes in our tracking system to ensure every potential client receives a consistent experience.
Share information about the value our office brings to Southaven residents.
Requirements
A friendly, clear, and engaging speaking voice.
Experience in phone-based roles or customer service.
A reliable computer and basic proficiency in navigating internet browser-based tools.
A genuine desire to help others secure peace of mind.
Previous experience working with insurance or leads management software is helpful but not mandatory.
