Role Overview The Pulmonary Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse provides high‑quality, patient‑centered care for individuals with acute pulmonary conditions, including pre‑/post lung transplant, pulmonary hypertension, and ventilator management. Responsibilities Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Assess physical and psychosocial needs of patients. Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, treatments, and post‑discharge care. Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within a 9‑bed unit with private rooms. Qualifications Valid RN license. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Less than two years of experience. Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
