In this role, you will lead cross functional teams through Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban ceremonies and practices as appropriate for the project and state of development. You will create and foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, collaboration, risk mitigation, and prioritization through the application of agile practices.This is a hands-on role on a mission-critical program where your work directly contributes to matters of national security. You will help the team evolve a TRL-5 prototype system into a TRL-8 product in support of a classified customer pilot deployment as part of a newly formed and growing cyber solutions line of business.What You'll Be DoingOrchestrate the team’s progress toward development, test, and demonstration goals in collaboration with the Lead Systems Engineer and the Technical DirectorContinuously challenge the old ways of working to improve team performance and innovation in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, velocity and other metricsHelp plan and maintain progress on the goals of the current Program Increment (PI)Drive and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement through activities such as team retrospectives and lessons learned, to include the definition, tracking, and reporting of appropriate metricsEstablish ad facilitate the agile cadence and supporting ceremonies such as Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning/Review, Sprint Planning/Review, Retrospectives, etc.Ensure the definition of done, testing requirements, documentation requirements, and other team/ART level working agreements are being followedFacilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within the team/ART to quickly identify and remove roadblocks and improve team performance and value deliverySupport the development and maintenance of the product backlog, work estimation, release planning, etc.Confident self-starter with ability to prioritize progress, manage conflict, drive agile process adoption, and achieve consensus on a cross-functional team with varying agile experience and potentially competing prioritiesPromote and support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), DevSecOps, and automation best practices within the Agile delivery lifecycleWhat Required Skills You'll BringBachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree8 years’ experience or equivalent in the use of Agile methodologies including three plus years as Scrum Master, Kanban lead, or Software Product Owner.Proven success leading Agile teams to agile maturity and improved customer outcomesExperience leading change and continuous improvement, working with a cross functional team by applying lean agile values, practices, and principlesExpert knowledge of product ownership, DevOps, Test Automation practices etc.Excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to organize data and create metrics/reports/dashboardsActive TS security clearance with SCI, may require a polygraphWhat Desired Skills You'll BringCertified Scrum Master (CSP) or Certified SAFe Release Train EngineerExperience using Agile lifecycle management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOpsBasic understanding of offensive and defensive cyber tacticsBasic understanding of cloud computing principles and practicesSecurity Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
