CDL-A Regional Driver

Location: Springfield, MA 01103 | Home Time: Home weekly Pay: $1,400 to $1,800 per week | Freight: Dry van freight Driver-friendly regional routes and dependable scheduling help create a consistent work week for drivers who value steady freight and regular home time. Dry van freight hauling general commodities Midwest and Eastern U.S. operating lanes Kenworth T680 equipment with driver-focused features 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week Compensation CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment. Paid orientation at $100 per day Quarterly raises tied to performance Guaranteed pay after 30 days Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day. Equipment & Freight Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) with driver-focused equipment including: Automatic transmission APU and inverter Voice navigation and in-cab 5th wheel release Freight consists of dry van trailers hauling general commodities. Operating lanes cover the Midwest and Eastern United States. Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established lanes. Home Time Drivers receive home weekly scheduling. Time at home is planned around route assignments and freight availability while maintaining consistent mileage opportunities throughout the week. Minimum Requirements Applicants must hold a valid CDL-A license and maintain an acceptable driving history.
