Role Description MCG Advisors is seeking motivated, professional, and growth-oriented real estate agents to join our expanding Southeast Florida team. This role involves assisting buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process while building and maintaining strong client relationships across the South Florida market. Agents will work with web leads, prospect for new business opportunities, host showings and open houses, conduct client consultations, and utilize CRM systems and team resources effectively. This role is ideal for agents who value professionalism, elevated branding, collaboration, strong systems, and long-term business growth within a modern real estate environment. Qualifications Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance required Demonstrated knowledge of real estate, including market trends, client representation, and property transactions Strong sales skills with the ability to build relationships, generate business, and effectively close deals Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a client-first mindset Professionalism, self-motivation, and strong organizational abilities Ability to manage client relationships and transactions effectively Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also operating independently Comfortable working both on-site and in the field throughout Southeast Florida Understanding of real property concepts, contracts, and real estate regulations preferred Experience with lead follow-up, prospecting, CRM systems, digital marketing, and real estate technology platforms is a plus Desire to grow within a collaborative, client-focused real estate brand #J-18808-Ljbffr MCG Advisors
