Job Description
The Parts Counter Clerk for trailer company plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service by efficiently managing parts sales and inventory. This role requires strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset to support our operations and ensure timely availability of trailer parts.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with parts inquiries and sales
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update system data regularly
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately
- Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel to manage stock levels
- Organize parts storage areas to ensure easy access and inventory control
- Provide information on parts specifications and compatibility
- Support other team members in maintaining efficient shop operations
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years in parts sales or inventory management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
