ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1978 and currently lead a team of four. Over the years, Ive focused on building a stable, supportive environment where both customers and team members feel valued for the long term.

I attended Missouri State University and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. Im very family-oriented and enjoy spending time with my wife, son, and daughter. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and golfing whenever I can.

I stay active in the community through involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. Building strong local relationships and giving back are important parts of who we are as an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for David Coday - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
