About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to join their executive leadership team and lead the development and execution of a global people strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, organizational development, total rewards, employee engagement, culture, performance management, HR operations, and leadership development. This role requires a strategic leader with a people-first mindset, capable of aligning talent strategy with business objectives and fostering a strong company culture. The Chief People Officer will also be instrumental in leading organizational change initiatives and promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Chief People Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with a focus on high-growth SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology companies. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling global HR and talent functions, strong executive presence, and deep expertise in all areas of HR. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree or MBA preferred) and a strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and modern people practices. Experience in cybersecurity, developer tools, cloud, or enterprise SaaS organizations is a plus, as is a background in supporting distributed and global teams. The Chief People Officer will be expected to build a scalable people strategy, enhance employee engagement, and establish the company as a destination employer within the technology sector.
