Job Description

Join Our Team at Meridian! $1000 Sign-On Bonus! Meridian is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our print production and promotional product fulfillment operations. This role starts at $19/hr, with potential for higher pay based on experience and skills. The role is hands-on and essential to keeping orders moving accurately and on time, from receiving materials to packing and shipping finished products. If you enjoy physical work, take pride in accuracy, and like being part of a fast-paced production environment, we’d love to meet you.

Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations

Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials and promotional products
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare shipments with correct labels, documentation, and packaging
Load and unload trucks; move materials using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)

Inventory & Organization

Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
Organize warehouse space to support efficient workflow
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Communicate issues, damages, or delays to supervisors promptly
