We're seeking community-connected individuals to help us grow our future-ready early learning academy through local outreach and family engagement.

This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity perfect for stay-at-home parents, military spouses, retired educators, community influencers, local professionals with strong family networks, or individuals passionate about supporting children and families.

Our academy serves children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old and offers a strong academic foundation combined with STE(AI)M learning, robotics exposure, structured classrooms, and a caring environment designed to support working families.

About the Role

As a Community Enrollment Partner, you'll help introduce local families to Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence through community outreach, word-of-mouth referrals, apartment and neighborhood networking, parent groups, social media sharing, local business and community connections, event participation, and family engagement opportunities.

This is not a traditional hourly position. This is a flexible, performance-based partnership opportunity.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Become a champion for Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence within the local community
• Share approved marketing materials and enrollment information with the community
• Build relationships with local families and community organizations to create a strong network of supporters
• Refer interested families to schedule tours and begin enrollment
• Represent the academy professionally and positively in the community
• Support community awareness efforts and enrollment growth through various activities

About the Ideal Candidate

We're looking for individuals who are well-connected within the local community, friendly, professional, and trustworthy.

• Strong communication skills are a must
• A passion for children and education is essential
• Self-motivation and dependability are key to success in this role
• Comfortable networking both online and in person
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Requirements

Important Program Guidelines

• No self-referrals are permitted
• No immediate household-family referrals are permitted
• Community Enrollment Partners may not quote pricing, negotiate rates, or make enrollment guarantees
• Referrals must be new to Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence
• Referral source must be identified during the family's initial inquiry
• All enrollment decisions and final acceptance remain solely with Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence

Benefits

Compensation Structure

Community Enrollment Partners may earn:

• $50 after:
• A referred child officially enrolls
• Enrollment paperwork is completed
• First tuition payment is successfully processed
• Child officially begins care

PLUS

• Additional $100 after:
• The referred child remains actively enrolled for 30 consecutive days
• Account remains in good standing

Potential Total:

$150 per successful retained enrollment
