Base pay range $45.00/hr - $65.00/hr Professional Recruiter at Insight Global Job Description: Insight Global is looking for a Senior Structural Design Lead for a local Engineering firm! In this role, you’ll take ownership of creating discipline‑specific models, systems, and digital content for structural building projects. You’ll prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams using advanced 3D software while guiding and mentoring junior team members throughout the project lifecycle. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of architectural and engineering documentation and proven experience presenting design concepts to stakeholders. If you’re passionate about delivering high‑quality structural designs and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
