Cornerstone Dermatology & Surgery Group in Lee's Summit, MO, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and engaged. Company Description: Cornerstone Dermatology & Surgery Group is a privately owned dermatology practice located in Lee's Summit, MO. With two locations in Lee's Summit, we provide compassionate, expert medical and surgical dermatology care in a comfortable office setting. We also offer a strong total compensation package, including a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner.Perform front office functions, including patient relations, check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and answering incoming phone calls. File and retrieve medical records.Process incoming referrals and contact patients to schedule appointments.Collecting co-pays and patient balances. Qualifications No experience required.Excellent customer service skills.Strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
