About the Opportunity

We at OneDigital | Resourcing Edge are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a valued client in the luxury furniture and design industry. Our client is a well-established, high-end furniture brand with a loyal and growing customer base that includes interior designers, hospitality accounts, and contract clients.

This is a fully remote role with a strong preference for candidates based in Northern Nevada (Reno area). Occasional travel to the Bay Area, California corporate offices will be required, along with attendance at two domestic trade shows per year in North Carolina.

What You'll Do

This is a full-cycle sales role, blending inbound lead conversion with proactive outbound prospecting. You'll manage relationships from first contact through order completion and ongoing account support.

• Identify and close new accounts while building and managing a healthy sales pipeline
• Convert inbound leads and proactively develop new sales opportunities through outbound efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, hospitality buyers, and contract clients
• Handle customer inquiries on products, pricing, lead times, and orders via phone and email
• Prepare accurate, timely quotes and shepherd customers through the sales process
• Track and manage sales orders through production and delivery
• Provide daily and weekly sales updates to ownership, including pipeline value, open quotes, and prospect activity
• Attend semi-annual trade shows in the Southeast and coordinate customer outreach around event attendance
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive incremental revenue

What You Bring

• 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience; luxury furniture, high-end home decor, hospitality, or contract sales experience is strongly preferred
• A genuine appreciation for luxury brands and the discerning customers who buy them
• Outgoing, proactive, and polished communication style, you're comfortable building rapport with designers and hospitality professionals
• Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities
• Comfort working in CRM systems; basic Excel proficiency is sufficient
• Self-motivated and able to thrive independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, personality, drive, and relevant experience matter most here
