This facility is seeking a Cardiology Physician (Internal Medicine - Cardiology) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 24-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 AM). Rounding from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Practice Setting: Inpatient; coverage at 2 sites (Mount Nittany and Geisinger Lewistown Hospital) Type of cases and required procedures: General Cardiology. Must be able to interpret echocardiograms, nuclear stress tests, and EKGs. Credentialing timeframe: 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) Licensure required: Active Pennsylvania Medical License and Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Board Certification Required
