Y2K Electrical Systems Inc. is looking for an Estimator Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated. No estimating experience is required—we'll provide the training.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing electrical estimates and proposals.
- Review plans and perform material takeoffs.
- Request supplier pricing and organize bid documents.
- Support estimators and project managers.
- Learn estimating software and industry standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong computer, math, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Construction Residential / Commercial Electrical Knowledge is Required
