Client is helping our client find an Operations Support Associate to join its designated market team. In this role, youll provide on-site operational support at the assigned facility, ensuring efficient customer service and vehicle readiness. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and comfortable delivering hands-on support in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service and Vehicle Processing:

• Assist customers with the rental process, including check-in, vehicle assignment, and rental return.
• Prepare rental vehicles for drivers, including fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and license plates, and conducting vehicle inspections.
• Manage and organize vehicle compliance documents.

Operational Support:

• Organize the vehicle lot and coordinate vehicle transportation.
• Complete daily rental operations tasks.
• Report vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the designated point of contact.

Standards and Communication:

• Maintain the companys service standards when interacting with drivers.
• Communicate effectively with on-site staff and remote support teams.
• Provide clear, concise updates and maintain accurate documentation.

Ideal candidate profile Someone outgoing and able to have a conversation (they will need to talk to customers), and then also work heads down and clean/move a car. Past car detailing experience is a plus, or someone who has worked around cars, or has worked outside Daily tasks
