About the Role As Human Resources Lead, you will be responsible for building the company's people function from the ground up during a critical phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner closely with leadership to design, implement, and execute the programs, processes, and systems needed to support a rapidly growing robotics and healthcare technology company as it scales from approximately 20 employees today to 40–50 and beyond. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role that requires equal parts strategic thinking and operational execution. Rather than inheriting a mature HR organization, you will personally build and manage many of the core people programs that support the business, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee development. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers alike while helping create the infrastructure, culture, and employee experience needed to support the company's next stage of growth.
