Hourly rate ranges from $17.15 to $17.40 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Establish and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in overall store operations. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff. Control expenses and shrinkage. Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to Company policies and procedures. Minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18 years. Physical demands of the job require in excess of eight hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Qualifications Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
