Implementation Specialist II

Leading implementation projects for loan origination software, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist II will manage the entire lifecycle from client onboarding and data gathering to system configuration, testing, and post-launch support. Key responsibilities: Lead implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project timelines Partner with financial institution clients to gather requirements and confirm configuration needs for the loan origination platform Deliver customer training and provide hands-on support throughout the implementation and early post-launch phases Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or client success within the fintech or financial services sector Familiarity with loan origination processes and lending workflows Experience implementing SaaS or customer-facing financial software solutions Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and keep stakeholders informed Ability to lead remote meetings and training sessions effectively
