Truck Driver Entry Level

You just earned your Class A CDL but have no experience. Many carriers are not willing to give you a chance. We do. Training will last 30 days and you will travel all over the country without getting home. During this period you earn $650 per week. After training you will take 2‑5 days off, meet with your driver manager, and then choose from a variety of positions. Regional and OTR jobs give you home every week or every 10‑14 days. Local jobs allow you home every day. Semi‑local jobs give you home every other day. Starting pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,300 per week, and can be higher depending on the position and endorsements. Dollar‑store accounts pay $1,400 to $1,600 per week. Benefits include a 401(k) plan, up to $1,000 tuition reimbursement for obtaining your Class A license, and free college tuition for you and immediate family. We also provide late‑model company trucks that are well maintained.
