Do you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in the quality of what you make? A leading gourmet food manufacturer in Woodinville, is hiring a Production Associate to join their Smoke Room team. 

This award-winning company produces premium specialty food products in a clean, modern, food-safety certified facility, and this Production Associate role puts you at the heart of the process. Cooking or food industry experience is a plus but not required. 

If you like variety in your day, want consistent full-time hours, and are looking for a real path to a permanent role, this temp-to-hire Production Associate opportunity is for you.

As a Production Associate, you will:

• Load salt products into smoke processing equipment and move racks in and out of the smoke chamber
• Inspect product for color and quality, and record the weight and quantity of finished product 
• Walk product through multiple processes and equipment to achieve desired results
• Clean machines, trays, chambers, tubes, and heating coils, and manage daily waste removal
• Collaborate with the team to document, improve, and develop new products

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 
• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• overtime as needed

Pay: $20 to $22 per hour

Production Associate Requirements:

• Reliable and detail-oriented, with a focus on product color, texture, and smell
• Able to stand for long periods, lift 55 or more pounds repetitively,
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
• Available to work overtime as needed
