Requirements:

• Procurement experience involving sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management
• Strong proficiency with SAP or a similar ERP system
• Knowledge of purchase-order processing and procurement documentation
• Strong project-management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience with Microsoft Teams
• Manufacturing or logistics experience preferred
• Knowledge of MRP, production planning, and materials management preferred
• Forecasting experience is a strong plus
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving

Job Duties:

• Process purchase orders and track procurement activity in SAP
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records
• Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, quality, and project teams
• Support production planning and material availability
• Monitor vendor performance and service metrics
• Investigate supply-chain disruptions and supplier concerns
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement in procurement and supply-chain processes
• Manage vendor relationships and assist with contract negotiations
• Provide forecasting and planning support as needed
