This care team member has less than 12 months experience and is primarily developing the required knowledge and skills to work within their setting. Level I must achieve all performance expectations, by completion of facility and unit orientation, and satisfactorily completing the introductory period.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) * Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred. * License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
