Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• OSPI Paraeducator Certification or an Associate’s degree
• Experience working with K–12 students in educational environments preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Compassion and patience when supporting students with unique needs
• Professionalism and reliability in all school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior support plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Special Education Teacher
• Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions
• Assist classroom staff with strategies and accommodations to enhance student learning
• Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students
• Adapt interventions to fit individual student needs and school requirements
