Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Skilled Nursing

CareRite Centers is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our resident-centered rehab team in a skilled nursing setting. The COTA will provide hands-on treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, supporting post-acute and long-term care residents to maximize independence, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, educating residents and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment committed to continuous improvement and strong clinical outcomes.
