About the Position

Job Opportunity – Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Ohio

Start Date: September 25, 2026

Location: Ohio

Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Holiday rotation required (at least every other holiday).

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• At least 12 months combined permanent experience in specialty
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State license required at time of submission
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained prior to start date
• One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Telemetry (within the past 12 months) required
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• Clean licensure and background check (no open cases accepted)
