Compensation and Benefits:Compensation: Starting wage + hotel service gratuities, adjusted based on experience.Benefits: Seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Become a member of the Team that is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of The Killington Grand Hotels’ public areas and corridors.Summary of Key Responsibilities:Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the followingWork 2 dayshifts (7am-3pm) and 2 nightshifts (3pm-11pm) per week.Clean furniture, elevators, glass, planters, etc. in public areas such as lobby, pool, and public restroomsSweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, office space and Preston's Restaurant Front of HouseMaintain cleanliness of parking lot and outdoor areasAssist with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as neededWork interactively with the front desk to accommodate guest needsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to work 3rd shift / over nightStrong customer service skillsPrompt response to guest/ staff requests for service and assistanceTeam playerReliable transportation is necessaryIt is the policy of Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners, LLC to provide equal opportunity and employment to all staff and applicants.
