Radiographer - Interventional Radiology

Location: Marquette, MI

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shifts are 8 hours, with start times ranging from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. Call is required for one night per week and one weekend every five weeks.

Job Description: The Radiographer in Interventional Radiology will provide essential imaging services and support within a specialty care setting, focusing on adults and geriatrics. This role involves operating radiographic equipment, maintaining sterile technique, and assisting with a variety of interventional procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Interventional Radiology procedures including peripheral interventions, biopsies, and thrombolysis.
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment as per industry standards.
• Adhere to sterile techniques during procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• ARRT Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Radiology or a related field preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to scrub for a variety of interventional procedures.
