Position: Occupational Therapist - Pediatric OT Location: Highland, IN Job Id: 309 # of Openings: 1 Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients. Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services in a clinic setting. Complete accurate, real-time documentation to reduce take-home work. Supervise OTA-level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically. What You Bring Active Indiana Occupational Therapy License. 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new grads with passion and drive encouraged). Strong communication and collaboration skills.
