Join us in our mission to maintain Aristocrat's status as a leader in gaming technology.What You'll DoFollow established workflows to determine the accurate handling of materials once receivedPerform 100% inspection and verification on all RMAsReconcile EGM serial numbers upon receiptComplete product picking tasks, including KanBan and GoBacksAddress and rectify issues; intensify lingering concernsConduct first-level research on all incoming discrepant RMAsOperate scanners, WAV, forklift, and rider equipmentAdvance second-level discrepant RMAs for resolutionCollaborate with Order Planning, Tech Services, and Business Operations to resolve issuesConduct incoming inspections, troubleshoot issues, scrap materials, and determine final material dispositionWhat We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environmentsFlexibility to work extended hours and weekendsProficiency in basic mathematics, literacy, and data processingCompetence with standard hand tools and familiarity with electronic componentsAbility to acquire forklift certificationPreferred experience with computer & electronics troubleshootingUnderstanding of ESD practices, lean manufacturing, and 6S techniquesCapability to work both independently and within a teamAwareness of ISO/Quality standards and attention to regulatory implicationsEnvironmental DemandsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, the ability to distinguish colors, and the ability to adjust focus.Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.The employee is occasionally required to lift, move, and control up to 500 pounds with the aid of dollies or machine carts.
