Bindery Operator (Cutter / Folder / Perfect Binder / Laminator)
Location: Glendale, CA 91204 Salary: DOE (depending on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our growing print production team in Glendale, CA. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional with experience in print finishing who takes pride in quality work and meeting production deadlines.Ideal candidates will have experience with one or more of the following equipment:
Cutter Folder Perfect Binder Laminator Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor bindery equipment Read and follow job tickets and production specifications Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Meet daily production goals and deadlines Qualifications: Previous bindery or print finishing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Stable, full-time position Professional and supportive work environment Long-term opportunity with room for growth Apply today to join a team that values quality, experience, and craftsmanship.
