Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU (Days)

Location: Granbury, TX

Pay Rate: Starting at $44.00/hour

Schedule: Day Shift 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical and Cardiac ICU team in Granbury, TX. This is a great opportunity for a critical care nurse who thrives in a high-acuity environment and is confident delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a Medical and Cardiac ICU setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life support interventions
• Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitoring systems
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care and clinical data in the EMR (MedHost)
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and changes in patient condition
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Texas or compact) required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross required)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
• Experience in Medical and Cardiac ICU settings preferred
• Familiarity with MedHost EMR is a plus
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills
