Lead Technical Program Manager

Optomi, in partnership with a leading technology enterprise, is looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive large‑scale, cross‑functional technical initiatives within a complex, high‑volume environment. We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading programs from inception through execution and be comfortable navigating significant technical and organizational complexity. You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define priorities and ensure successful outcomes, utilizing data, automation, and AI‑enabled approaches to improve team effectiveness and program execution.
