Specialty Representative, Psychiatry - Green Bay, WI

Field-based specialty sales representative position focused on psychiatry products in the Green Bay area. The role involves executing brand strategy, managing territory accounts, and driving sales performance while building customer relationships and clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and achieve sales performance targets, KPIs, and financial objectives
• Develop call plans, pre-call objectives, and post-call evaluations to optimize territory coverage and customer access
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships by identifying needs and developing disease state experts
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer landscape, and clinical developments to inform strategy
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition and identify speaker/advocate opportunities to maximize brand performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, pharmacy, or business (or equivalent industry experience)
• Minimum five years industry experience with three years in pharmaceutical/health/science sector preferred
• In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge with expert-level credibility
• Proven sales track record with strong presentation and business acumen skills
• Valid driver's license, ability to pass drug screening, and safe driving record
• HCIR credentialing eligibility including background check and immunization requirements
• Strong adaptive selling approach and collaborative matrix environment capabilities
