Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN PT Float- 30 Hrs - MC Scottsdale, AZ Job Description Assess patient needs and perform routine health evaluations in a clinical setting. Administer treatments, medications, vaccines, and conduct point-of-care testing. Monitor vital signs and document treatment responses accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans. Manage patient access to healthcare services and community resources. Critical Information Shift hours: 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours, schedule flexible in 6-week blocks. Remote/on-site/hybrid: Onsite as needed. Compliance/submission notes: Must provide screenshot of LVN license and BLS certification (expiration no less than 30 days past start date). Complete questionnaire regarding experience, availability, and distance from clinic. Environment: Clinical, patient-facing role in a scheduled, team-oriented healthcare environment.
