Schedule: Flexible Schedule | 5 Days per Week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist.

Note: We work with Medicaid and require clinicians to be capable of performing evaluations and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as required.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Patient Population:

Patients across various age groups with conditions related to orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological disorders, and mobility impairments.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible state Physical Therapist license.
• Pediatrics experience Required
• Ability to evaluate patients and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or home health settings preferred.
