What You'll Do:

• Collect and process specimens, including venipuncture and capillary draws
• Perform waived lab tests in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation
• Ensure quality control of reagents, instruments, and test procedures
• Enter patient data and test results into the lab information system
• Monitor STAT testing times to meet turnaround time goals
• Troubleshoot instrument, client, or computer issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and quality assurance
• Follow all safety protocols and handle biological hazards responsibly
• Assist with inventory management and supply stocking
• Operate and maintain lab equipment and perform routine maintenance

What You Need:

• Valid California Laboratory Technologist license or certification
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Ability to perform venipunctures and specimen collection
• Proficiency with lab information systems and quality control procedures
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working in mobile or remote lab settings
• Knowledge of molecular and coagulation testing
