Trauma Coordinator (Performance Improvement) - Trauma

Job Title

Responsible for performance improvement processes. Coordinates the development and implementation of center projects/programs. Monitors the system to achieve targeted outcomes. Collaborates effectively with medical center staff. Monitors compliance with accrediting agencies. Contributes to clinical research. Serves as a resource/consultant. Coordinates and presents at educational conferences. Potentially provides care to trauma patients/families.

Minimum Requirements

BSN or higher is required. MSN preferred. NC RN licensure required. More than 4 years of prior experience of trauma related nursing is required.

Pay Range

Pay Range Starts at $79664.00 - $116116.00.

Other Information

Position: 1.00 FTE. Day Shift. Orientation: 6 - 10 weeks for experienced RN's.
