  Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at [Hotel Name] in [City, State]. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to excellence in hospitality. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:

- Assist the General Manager in the overall management of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.    - Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.    - Oversee daily operations and address any issues or concerns that arise. 

• Guest Satisfaction:

- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by ensuring quality service and prompt resolution of guest complaints.    - Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences.    - Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. 

• Financial Management:

- Assist in the development and management of the hotel's budget, revenue forecasting, and expense control.    - Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and control costs.    - Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for improvement. 

• Team Leadership:

- Supervise and mentor department heads and staff, fostering a positive work environment and teamwork.    - Conduct regular meetings and trainings to ensure staff are well-equipped to perform their duties.   - Provide support and guidance to staff, addressing performance issues as needed. 

• Sales and Marketing:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and occupancy.    - Participate in sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings as needed.    - Assist in the development of sales and marketing plans and promotional activities. 

• Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.    - Implement and maintain emergency procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.    - Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazard 

  Compensation & Financial Incentives

• Base Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 per year . Final salary placement is determined by experience, skills, and qualifications.
• Performance Incentives: Eligible for performance-based incentive programs tied to individual and team goals.
