RN - Tele Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: Active Nursing License Certifications: None Required Must-Have: Telemetry experience Advanced skills in managing cardiac patients post-procedure. Description:This is a Cardiac Specialty Unit with 26 beds.Patient ratios on the unit are 1:4.The staffing includes a Charge Nurse, Bedside Nurse, PCT, and Unit Secretary.Equipment used includes pacemakers.The documentation system in use is Meditech.Self-scheduling is available for staff.Weekends require three weekend shifts within a four-week period on day shift.Four weekend shifts are required within a four-week period on night shift.There are no on-call requirements.Staff may float to Telemetry or Med/Surg units as needed.There are no specific certifications required for this position.The required uniform comprises royal blue tops and black pants.Candidates should review unit-specific policies and guidelines related to hospital-wide procedures.This is a newly established Cardiac Progressive Stepdown unit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
