Expected Work Hours:

This position can be either part-time or full-time
The restaurant's working schedule is Monday to Sunday
Full-time employees are anyone who works more than 30 hours per week on average for one year; however, Team Leaders are expected, though not guaranteed, to work between 40 and 45 hours per week on average

Responsibilities

Maintain top-notch fast-food quality standards
Master the art of fast-food restaurant operation with finesse
Infuse an atmosphere of friendliness and exceptional fast-food customer service
Own the excitement of opening and closing the fast-food restaurant, including fast-food cash handling
Collaborate on key fast-food personnel decisions with the management team
Take charge, running fast-food shifts and leading the development of our incredible fast-food team
Uphold and champion Hat Creek's vibrant fast-food restaurant culture as a leader

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years in the restaurant industry OR one year of management in the restaurant/similar industry
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
