Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting managing diagnoses including ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, DKA, Cardiogenic shock, GIB, COPD exacerbation, encephalopathy, liver failure, drug overdose, and ESRD on CRRT
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2–3, with the possibility of a third patient assignment as census demands
• Utilize unit systems including Pyxis, Epic, and SBAR for documentation and patient management
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed
• Adhere to holiday work expectations per contract terms, including coverage of major holidays that fall within the assignment period
• Complete all compliance requirements, orientation modules, and onboarding documentation within designated deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required prior to start
• Ability to work every other weekend
• All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule changes permitted post-offer or during orientation week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with CRRT and management of complex multi-system diagnoses in an adult to geriatric population
• Familiarity with Epic EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Experience working in a high-census ICU environment with variable patient ratios
