Cook/ Manager needed for School food service program in the Rockaway Twp, NJ area. K - 12 experience a plus. Monday through Friday. Part time position, day shift 5 to 6 hours daily. No weekends or Holidays. Summers off.Must be organized. Able to multitask and lead in a positive manner. Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.Duties to include:Food preparationCookingPOS systemsFollowing recipes according to the NSLP guidelines.StockingOrderingMaintain a clean and sanitary kitchen.Following all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.Ensure Personal protection equipment is used at all times.InventoriesOversee kitchen area and staff, etc.
